A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Know what
you’re getting.

Is this only for tattoo shops?

No. The workspace supports tattoo studios, barbershops and salons. Fixed-duration services and custom-work requests use different booking rules. Complex salon processing and shared-chair scheduling are outside the current scope.

Can we keep our own website domain?

Your studio keeps its own identity. We review domain access and website scope during setup, then agree how the site connects to the booking workspace. The portal does not automatically edit every existing website.

Does the team set everything up?

Onboarding is managed with your input. You approve your roster, hours, service details and policies. We test the agreed workflow before opening bookings.

What’s included in ongoing maintenance?

Simple system upkeep and maintenance. New pages, content changes and additional features are scoped and invoiced separately. Your quote sets the exact setup, recurring terms and responsibilities.
