FOR BARBERSHOPS

Booking that respects
the chair.

We set up a service menu with real durations and cleanup time, so clients book times your barbers can actually take, on a booking page that looks like your shop.

Barbershops · Independent barbers · Multi-chair shops

WHAT WE SET UP

A tight menu.
An honest calendar.

Standard services should be easy to book. The calendar should only offer times a barber can really take.

01 / SERVICE MENU

Every service has
its own length.

Each service gets a duration and a cleanup buffer. Show a fixed price, a “from” price, or no price at all. Clients only see the services you publish.

Duration · Buffer · Price display
02 / BOOKING RULES

Instant where it’s simple.
Review where it isn’t.

Standard services can be booked straight into open times. Anything that needs a conversation first can be set to review, and the client is told it is a request, not a confirmed appointment.

Instant booking · Reviewed requests
03 / YOUR BARBERS

Barbers who see
their own day.

Assign services to the barbers who offer them and set each barber’s hours. Barbers get access to their own appointments; owners and managers see the whole shop.

Assigned services · Hours · Roles
What we don’t pretend to do.

The workspace is not a walk-in queue, point of sale, tip or commission system. Reminder texts and payments are not switched on automatically. If your shop depends on one of those, we’ll say so during setup rather than after.

HOW WE SET IT UP

Your menu first.
Then your booking page.

We scope the setup with you. You approve the menu, the barbers and the booking rules before the first client books.

Talk through your setup ↗
  1. 01

    Walk us through your menu.

Services, how long each really takes, and how you want prices shown.

  2. 02

    Set up barbers and hours.

Who works when, who offers what, and which services can be booked instantly.

  3. 03

Build the booking page in your shop’s identity.

Your shop name, accent and approved copy. Draft, review, publish.

  4. 04

    Test it, then open it.

We book through the client journey and check each barber’s view before your approved launch.

LET’S SEE YOUR SHOP

Tell us about
your chairs.

Tell us how many barbers you have and how clients book today. We’ll review your request and come back with a clear next step.

Managed early access. Setup and recurring terms are quoted for your studio. Additional design and content work are scoped separately.

A little more context · optional

No payment or account is required. Your details are saved privately for the team to review.

How we use your details

We store the details you submit and your contact permission to review and respond to this request. Only authorized platform staff can access the lead inbox. Do not include customer records, medical information or payment details. For access or removal requests, contact apps@fluxlab.agency.

BARBERSHOP QUESTIONS

Straight answers
for barbershops.

Can clients choose their barber?

Yes. Each service is assigned to the barbers who offer it, and clients pick from those barbers when they book.

Do you handle walk-ins?

There is no walk-in queue. Keep handling walk-ins the way you do now, and block time on a barber’s calendar when you need to keep it free.

Can we show prices on the menu?

Yes. Each service can show a fixed price, a “from” price, or no price. The workspace does not take payment.

Will clients get reminder texts?

Not today. Message sending is not active, and any text messaging would need client consent and a separate setup before it is switched on.

What happens if two clients try to book the same time?

Only one booking can take a slot. The other client is told the time is gone, and their request is kept for the shop to follow up.
