FOR TATTOO STUDIOS

Custom work starts
with a conversation.

We set up a booking website and workspace for your tattoo studio. Custom ideas arrive as requests, consultations land inside real artist hours, and your studio keeps its own identity.

Tattoo studios · Solo artists · Multi-artist shops

WHAT WE SET UP

Built around how
tattoo bookings really work.

A custom piece is not a haircut. The setup treats requests, consultations and sessions as different things.

01 / REQUESTS

An idea is a request,
not a booking.

Clients describe the idea, placement and size, and say whether it is a cover-up. Nothing is confirmed until an artist reviews it, so nobody walks away thinking they hold a date they don’t.

Idea · Placement · Size · Cover-up
02 / CONSULTATIONS

Consultations that fit
the artist’s real hours.

When you want it, clients can reserve a 30-minute consultation inside an artist’s published working hours, with a 15-minute buffer after. Two clients can’t take the same slot.

30 min · 15 min buffer · Next 30 days
03 / ARTISTS

Each artist, their own
profile and day.

Owners set each artist’s hours and publish their profile. Artists sign in to see the requests assigned to them, while owners and managers keep studio-wide access.

Profiles · Hours · Role-based access
What stays your call.

Deposits, payments, calendar sync and text messages are not switched on automatically. We talk through your deposit policy during setup, but the workspace does not collect payment today. Cover-up requests are flagged for an artist to assess before anything is offered.

HOW WE SET IT UP

Your rules first.
Then your booking page.

We scope the setup with you. You approve how requests, consultations and artist time should work before clients see anything.

Talk through your setup ↗
  1. 01

Show us how you book today.

DMs, email, walk-ins, a waitlist. We map where requests come from and where they get lost.

  2. 02

Set up artists and request rules.

Artist profiles and hours, the request questions you need, and whether consultations can be reserved online.

  3. 03

Build the booking page in your identity.

Your studio name, accent and approved copy. Save a draft, review it together, then publish.

  4. 04

    Test it, then open it.

We run the client journey and the artist view end to end before your approved launch.

LET’S SEE YOUR STUDIO

Tell us about
your shop.

Tell us how many artists you have and how bookings work now. We’ll review your request and come back with a clear next step.

Managed early access. Setup and recurring terms are quoted for your studio. Additional design and content work are scoped separately.

A little more context · optional

No payment or account is required. Your details are saved privately for the team to review.

How we use your details

We store the details you submit and your contact permission to review and respond to this request. Only authorized platform staff can access the lead inbox. Do not include customer records, medical information or payment details. For access or removal requests, contact apps@fluxlab.agency.

TATTOO STUDIO QUESTIONS

Straight answers
for tattoo shops.

Can clients book a full tattoo session online?

Custom pieces stay as requests until an artist reviews them. If you offer fixed-length work such as flash or touch-ups, we can set those up as services with a set duration and buffer that clients book directly.

How are cover-ups handled?

The request form asks whether the piece is a cover-up, and those requests are flagged for an artist to assess before a consultation or session is offered.

Do clients confirm they are 18 or over?

Tattoo bookings require an adult acknowledgment on the form. It is a self-declaration, not ID verification, so your studio still checks ID in person.

Can you take deposits?

Not today. Payment collection is not active in the workspace. We note your deposit policy during setup so the booking page sets the right expectations.

Will this replace our Instagram DMs?

It gives you one clear link to send people to from your bio and messages, so requests arrive with the details an artist needs. We don’t manage your social accounts.
