Privacy policy

Brand Fusion Studios is run by Flux Labs Agency LLC. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Flux Labs Agency LLC. It explains what we collect on brandfusion.studio, why, and the choices you have. It covers our marketing pages, the demo request form, the booking pages we host for studios, and the studio workspace.

What we collect and why

When you request a demo

The demo form asks for your studio name, your name, your email address, your studio type and your team size. You can also add a phone number, your website and a message. We record that you agreed to be contacted about your request, and when.

We use these details to review your request and get back to you about it. Only authorized staff can open the lead inbox.

When you book with a studio

Some tattoo studios, barbershops and salons use our booking pages. When you send a booking or consultation request, the form asks for your name, your email address and the details of what you want, such as the service, your idea, placement, size, a preferred team member, date and time. A phone number is optional. Tattoo bookings also ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older. We record that you agreed to have your request stored, and whether you said yes to text messages.

We store these details so the studio can review and answer your request. Authorized staff at that studio can see your contact details and request. The studio decides how it follows up with you. We run the system for them.

When studio staff sign in

For studio team members, we store your name, email address and a protected (hashed) version of your password, so you can sign in and manage your studio.

When you visit the site

Our server uses your IP address to deliver pages and to limit abuse, such as too many form submissions in a short time. If analytics is turned on, our analytics tools also collect usage information. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

Please do not put payment details, medical information or other sensitive information in any form.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the tools below, and only for the purposes described here.

• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship (CRM) tool. When CRM sync is turned on, we send the contact details from a demo request (name, email, phone, studio name and website) to GoHighLevel, tagged with your studio type, so our team can follow up. Booking requests sent to studios are not sent to GoHighLevel.
• Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, our analytics tools, on our marketing pages. See below.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Studio staff who sign in get one cookie that keeps them signed in. It cannot be read by page scripts and expires after 8 hours. We do not use our own cookies for visitors who are just browsing or booking.

On our marketing pages (the home page and the pages for tattoo studios, barbershops and salons), we may use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools use cookies and similar technology to understand how people use the pages, for example which pages are visited, how people scroll and click, and whether a demo request or booking link click happened. Microsoft Clarity can also record how you move around a page. When we record a demo request, we send only your studio type and the page to these tools, not your name or contact details.

To opt out, turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) setting in your browser. When your browser sends that signal, our pages do not load Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Text messages and emails

This site does not currently send text messages. The booking form lets you say whether you would like texts about your request, but checking that box does not send you anything or sign you up for marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The site does not send automated or marketing emails. If you request a demo, our team may contact you by email or phone about that request. To stop, reply and ask us to stop, or email apps@fluxlab.agency.

Access and deletion

To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email apps@fluxlab.agency. We may need to confirm your identity first. If your request is about a booking with a studio, we may work with that studio to handle it.

Children

This site is for businesses and their adult clients. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Tattoo bookings require you to confirm that you are 18 or older. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will look into it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
